We honor a 30 Day return Policy.  Prior to returning a product, please contact us via eBay messaging to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns must be authorized within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in the same condition as you received it.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  If an item has been used, installed, altered or removed from its original packaging we will charge a restocking fee.
If you need to exchange an item, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.  In addition, if you are returning an item for any reason that we are not at fault, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like to exchange an item simply contact us through eBay messages.
We do our best to cancel orders upon request. If your order has already shipped then we unfortunately cannot cancel it.  When it arrives, please start a return through eBay we will default to using our standard return procedure.

Application
We do our best to help answer any application questions.  However, it is ultimately the buyers responsibility to ensure correct usage of the item. If, after you receive a part and realize it does not fit, you can return it as long as it is in the same condition as you received it.  If an item has been used, altered or removed from its original packaging we may charge a restocking fee.
