⚠️ Important Font Information

• The font used may cause some capital letters to appear lowercase in style.

• This font does not support all capital letters. Only the first letter of each name/word will be capitalised.

• Please ensure you’ve checked the font preview images before ordering.

How to Order – Quantity Guide:

Please make sure to purchase the correct number of labels based on your total character count.

• "John" or "John Smith" = 1 label (under 12 letters)

• "Happy Birthday" = 2 labels (over 12 letters but under 24)

• "Matilda’s Arts & Crafts Trolley" = 3 labels (26 characters)

❌ Repeated names or joined names are not allowed.
For example:

• "John John John" requires 3 labels

• "EmilyEmily" requires 2 labels

Orders that do not match the correct quantity will be cancelled unless corrected.

Order Policy:

• If no name/word is provided within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

• If the order is underpaid, we’ll contact you with the correct quantity and give you 24 hours to update before cancellation.
