Signed in silver ink on bottom right corner but we can't identify the signature.

This poster is in reasonably good shape with some wear around the edges 

of the white border and a white line in the pink February part of the image 

(see photos) 

Although there are no pinholes on the corners there is an unfortunate hole 

in the middle of "San Francisco" in the pale yellow Tea Lautrec print along 

the bottom of the poster.
