The York 530 heavy duty multi-function barbell bench offers five adjustable positions, from incline to decline, for versatile workouts. With three seat pad positions, sliding is prevented during steeper inclines. The bench also includes a barbell rack with three height levels and a leg curl unit for added convenience. Spring collar included for secure fit.
