They are made in Taiwan, they have glide rings on the spools, NPT pipe threads (like what you see at the hardware store) and the numbers do not wipe off with solvent, just to name a few things.

Airtac is a world class Manufacturer of pneumatic valves that employs over 8,000 people worldwide with headquarters in Taiwan.  They may have the most copied design in the world, unfortunately, looking the same is not always the same.
