Map depicts the town centers of the Cities of Webster and Worcester, numerous small villages, and the general political areas of the Towns of Webster, Worcester, Douglas, Dudley, Charlton, Oxford, Millbury, Auburn, and Spencer, all of which are depicted without town line boundaries.  Also depicted is the northernmost portions of the Towns of Woodstock and Thompson, Connecticut 

Significant waterbodies depicted include Lake Chaubunagungamaug (Lake Webster), Stiles Reservoir, Singletary Pond, Gore Pond, South Charlton Reservoir, Cedar Meadow Pond, and Burncoat Pond, and the Blackstone and French Rivers; railroads; roads, structures, and very limited portions of northeastern Connecticut and the northwesterly corner of Rhode Island, with the state boundary lines between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.

Condition: Graphic area is very good, no foxing, toning appropriate for a 113-year-old map, the top and bottom borders have been trimmed, the bottom substantially, moderate-heavy side border fraying.  Map with final border repair/trimming will be frame mountable.  
The reverse has explanation of topographic features and a legend of map symbols.
