Egyptian Cartouche Necklace Pendant Ancient Egypt

I’ve had this pendant for several years. I have had it stored in my jewelry box. I thought it was sterling silver but I can’t find a stamp anywhere on it proving it’s silver. I believe this was handmade. Hieroglyphs possibly stand for Janet [ankh] [woman].
