Harley Pattern EPNS-A1 Made in Sheffield England Soup Spoon. 

Brand New, Length 176mm, across bowl 48mm, spoon is marked EPNS-1 SHEFFIELD ENGLAND which means it is made of Electro plated nickel silver, with base metal of 12% nickel silver, not stainless steel, with silver plated exterior.

It is genuine silver plated Sheffield Cutlery.

New but not in original packing and never used. Please refer to the photographs.
