ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Well respected Indian artist educated in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India who has exhibited widely in India, and London at the Horizon Gallery. In 1997 he held a two-person exhibition "A World of Difference", with Ingrid Pollard at the Epping Forest District Museum. His last exhibition in England was held in 2001 at Chelmsford Museum and Art Gallery, Essex before he returned to his native India. His work is held in the collection of Trinity College, Oxford.

Signed and dated 1976.

The original ornate frame is glazed and measures approximately 472mm x 357mm.

Painting size approximately 350mm x 250mm.

The painting is in perfect original condition. The frame is in excellent original condition with only some minor loss of surface commensurate with age.
