Listed here are two US Navy Officer Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist (SCWS) Badge Insignia Pin.  This pin is old new stock and was never issued or used and is in outstanding condition.  The first pin was manufactured by HLI Lordship Industries, Inc., Hauppauge, NY as indicated by L-22 Hallmark and would date from 1993 when the first badge was issued until 1996 when HLI Lordship Industries, Inc. lost all US Federal government contracts due to making illegal copies of the Congressional Medal of Honor.  The second pin was manufactured by Vanguard Industries as indicated by the V-21-N Hallmark from 1993 to date.
