If you have a neon sign that is not working , PLEASE do not assume one of these transformers will magically make it work again. Like a fluorescent light neon signs consist of a bulb and a ballast. If one of your bulbs is weak my transformer will last 1 week tops. On a fluorescent light it is easy to see when the bulb is out because it has blackened ends. On a neon sign you must MUST take it to a local sign shop so they can do a sparking coil test on your neon to see if any of the tubes need to be remade  . Please do not assume “all my tubes must be fine , the sign is flickering so it’s the transformer”. That is an incorrect assumption, have the sign tested. THIS IS DANGEROUS HIGH VOLTAGE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT!!!!!! My transformers last 15 years in my NEW signs , in an old sign , it may not work at all. Ask yourself the simple question.. WHY DID MY LAST TRANSFORMER DIE???  The answer is usually a neon tube that has some air in it. The bottom line is, if you do not have neon experience go to someone that does.
