Serpentine Micro V-Belt
The serpentine micro V-Belt is a single endless belt with longitudinal v-shaped ribs that match grooves in sheaves.
It combines the flexibility of thin flat belts with strong gripping traction of conventional V-Belts. This construction, highly flexible, minimize bending stress, longer belt life.
The ribbed V-Belt offer an uniterrupted tensile cord construction, compared to the sectional cord layout ob banded conventional V-Belts, delivering maximun power trasmission with minimum dimension.
A- Back Fabric
Back fabric is highly wear resistant with smooth surface to ensure smooth interface with reverse idler.
B- Adhesion Rubber
The adhesion rubber binds the tensile cord, fabric cover and compression rubber to prevent separation of the belt components during use.
C- Tensile Cord
High tensile strength tension cord trasmits power and resists elongation.
D- Rib Profile
Rib profile is precisely ground for smooth belt to pulley contact. This ensures smooth running with less vibration.
E- Fiber Loaded
Fiber loaded rib rubber compound dampens possible misalignment noise improves abrasron resistance and increases belt lifetime.
