Memezie Card Shop

Memezie Card Shop is a small passion project from Montreal's east end, run by a long-time Pokemon fan who still plays and trades at local events. Every order is prepared with care, protection, and a touch of collector's pride.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• All cards and playsets are in Near Mint (NM) condition unless otherwise stated.

• I offer a wide variety of playsets and singles - please check the quantity in the title ("1x" means one card, "4x" means a full playset).

• Some cards may come from different sets if the artwork and game text are identical (for example, Crispin appears in both Stellar Crown and Prismatic Evolutions).

• Listings may therefore represent the same playable card across multiple print versions.

• Looking for something specific that's not listed? Feel free to message me.

• Not all of my inventory is listed online to prevent large-scale buyouts. If you wish to purchase a high quantity (for example, 120 Pupitar or other bulk orders), simply message me first - I'll be happy to check availability.

• I usually ship within 3-5 business days, though occasional delays may happen since I manage the shop alongside my full-time job.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Canada

• Standard: $1.95 + $0.25 per additional item

• Light Expedited: $7.95 + $0.25 per additional item

• Shipping cap: $15 CAD maximum (applies only within Canada due to eBay's technical limits).

• Small orders are shipped by untracked mail to keep costs low. If you prefer tracked shipping, please select the expedited option.

United States

• $14.95 + $0.25 per additional item (no cap)

• Sent with tracking (average delivery: 4-8 business days).

• Customs and import fees may apply depending on your state - these are the buyer's responsibility.

• If the total looks unusually high, feel free to message me; I'm flexible and happy to review it.

International

• $19.95 + $0.25 per additional item (no cap)

• Delivery times vary by destination.

• Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

PACKAGING DETAILS

• Orders of 1 to 3 playsets ship in a white envelope with protective sleeves, a toploader, and a sticker.

• Orders of 4 playsets or more are sent in a bubble mailer for extra protection.

• I occasionally include a small bonus card - consider it a thank-you for supporting a small shop.

CARD CONDITION & AUTHENTICITY

• All cards are authentic Pokemon TCG cards - no proxies or reproductions.

• Cards are stored in a smoke-free, pet-friendly environment (though my cats aren't allowed near the cards, they do like to supervise packing).

• I don't offer individual card grading, detailed inspections, or condition photos for bulk or large quantity orders.

• All cards sold as Near Mint meet standard collector expectations for modern TCGs.

RETURN & SATISFACTION POLICY

• Returns are not accepted unless an error was made on my part (for example: wrong item or missing card).

• If there's any issue with your order, please contact me before leaving feedback - I'll always do my best to help.

• Cards are carefully protected during packaging to minimize any risk of damage in transit.

• I can't be responsible for postal delays or customs issues, but I'll gladly assist if something goes wrong.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• The $15 CAD shipping cap applies only to Canadian orders, as eBay does not currently support multiple regional caps.

• As a new mom, I generally ship orders within 3-5 business days - thank you for your understanding and patience.

• Prices are set fairly to reflect both market value and current shipping costs.

• Occasional postal delays may occur, especially during holidays or busy periods.
