The background is a black fabric with gold and some red stitching trim, the lettering is a metallic gold color, and the framing looks like it shifted down as there is exposed paper and tape.  The frame is gold with a green velvet trim.  The frame has many scuffs and scratches. The back has nails missing, causing the cardboard to shift.
