This listing is for the above shown book "GOLD" written by STEWART EDWARD WHITE and published by DOUBLEDAY, PAGE AND COMPANY in (1913). This hardcover copy is a FIRST EDITION FIRST PRINTING and is in NEAR VERY GOOD condition with four (4) color illustrations by artist Thomas Fogarty. The books exterior has a decent front cover and spine with minor wear, the back cover has a dark oblong shaped stain and a round 1/8" indent, the outside corners have slight wear and are lightly bumped. The interior of the book and the near white pages are mostly nice except there's a penciled name on the half-title page and a couple of very minor stains here and there. Overall, even with what I've mentioned, it's a decent copy, but please (check all the photos to judge the condition for yourself). I also need to mention that there is NO DUSTJACKET.
