In 1878, Frank and Allie Foster founded in Fulton, New York.

This cleaver has the blade forged from the fine solid carbon steel.  The handle is triple riveted over the full tang to sure fitting for durability, strength, & balance.

It has the heavy weight designed for heavy cutting and chopping jobs, such as cutting through bones and separating frozen foods.  

This item has the fine condition.

Maintenance Suggestion:  Hand wash only in warm water after using, especially if used on foods that have acidic sauce/liquid.  After washing it, wipe the blade and handle completely dry.  Use of electric knife sharpener or dishwasher not recommended.
