This is a used but in great condition wheel that fits a Miele dishwasher bottom basket.  The part number is 2318160.  Fully equipped, you should have a total of 8 wheels on your lower basket.  4 on each side.

They're super easy to remove & fit.  They simply click into place on the lower basket.
