Apart from normal signs of aging, the plate is in pristine original condition, with no readily-visible cracks or chips.   The plate comes with original (matching) certificate and literature as shown.

An exquisite 1986 Imperial Jingdezhen Porcelain Plate, a series called Beauties of the Red Mansion by Master Artisan, Zhao HuiMin. This is no.3 in the series, called Hsi Feng. The characters in the series are from a novel, A Dream of Red Mansions.

The Signed, limited edition Collectible Plate was Made in China

The dream of Red Mansions was written in the Years between 1755 and 1790 by Tsao Hsueh-chin and was a satire of imperial feudal favoritism revealing accurate insiders contemporary portrait of access privilege power and Corruption among China’s feudal ruling classes.
