This auction is for a VATS delete service to be performed on your 94-95 Camaro/Firebird 3.4L V6 computer. You will mail in your computer, and I will reprogram your PCM to delete the VATS anti-theft system. This will eliminate the VATS/Passlock anti-theft system entirely and allow your PCM to start the vehicle with normal non-VATS keys.

This auction includes the labor for performing this programming service, and does NOT include the computer. You provide the computer, we program it to delete VATS and send it back to you.

Don't pay attention to the shipping time estimator in Ebay. I needed to increase that time to compensate for the fact that you are sending me your PCM, and I can't return what I have not yet received from you. Your computer will normally ship within a few business days of receiving your PCM. Business days are Monday thru Friday. I understand how important a quick turnaround is, and I try to return your PCM to you as quickly as I can. Cutoff time for Express Mail is 2 PM.

Very Important Note: These 94-95 V6 computers are well known for "bricking" very easily. When a calibrator goes to flash program this computer, the PCM can easily fail and damage one of the two PLCC memory chips that store the engine or transmission calibration. This can happen regardless of who programs this computer, no matter how careful they are. I put the odds of bricking one of these computers at 1 in 100. Most will program just fine. Very rarely, one will brick, and it's a random occurrence outside of our control.

If this happens, we are NOT responsible. The good news is that they are fixed rather easily. The cost is about $50 and it adds 7 to 10 days time to send it out for repair. The bad news is that if it happens, this is your expense, not ours. We do everything possible to prepare the PCM for flashing, to give it the best chance we can. If you send me your GM V6 computer for a VATS delete, you accept this risk. The risk of you flashing this PCM in the vehicle is much greater than it is when I am bench flashing it.
