This is an Athearn RTR SD45 Phase IIa 1, NW 1756 originally bought as DC and was upgraded to DCC by BradleyDCC using Soundtraxx Tsunami 2 PNP EMD and two ESU mini cube speakers.  It was then upgraded to EMD -2 for the correct 20 cylinder sound.  I had 9-6 axles but limited large radius mains to run them, so I have been thinning the herd and this unit is the next to go.  I model Appalachian territory and my grades are steep and very curvy with tight radius.  This unit has Doc O'Brien's weathering powders applied and can be washed off if you want a clean engine.  I have about $325 in this unit but I will start out the bidding for much less.  A nice smooth running unit and it sounds great!  I will provide a sheet on the cv programming.  Reduced price reduced on 04/16/2025
