   Stainless steel centrifugal pump is specificalized for all the products which are related to food, such as dairy products, beverages, food, cosmetics, food additives, fine chemicals. The centrifugal pump applies centrifugal force to produce speed, using a rotating impeller to increase the speed and push the fluid through the outlet valve.

  This Centrifugal Pump uses new design machine seal which will not contact the materials. Adopts high efficient and powerful motor, 304 Stainless Steel. Heavy duty of 3 Tons / hour.

Warning: 

1. Do not switch on the pump when it is empty. It will be easily damaged if the pump is operating with no liquid for a little while. Please be sure that there is enough liquid in the pump before you switch on!

2. Do not use this pump with paste or sticky liquid, such as butter, Peanut butter, honey and syrup etc.

3. Do not use this pump with liquid of strong acid and alkali.

4. Do not use this pump with high proof spirits or alcohol.

5.The installation foundation of the pump shall generally be a flat ground with sufficient strength, which shall be installed at the lowest position of the equipment as far as possible, that is, the position with the maximum lift height.

6.Do not idle the machine to prevent burning the motor.

7.Lifting height will affect the flow of the pump outlet, it is recommended that customers in the use of the pump, the outlet is best to install additional valves to control the water flow, so as not to overload to burn the machine.
