This is a brand new part but it does have a very small nick or scratch in the paint (see photo with red pencil).

It was in the original brown paper wrapping but I removed the paper wrapping to take photos.

I did not re-wrap it with the paper wrapping but instead I wrapped it with shrink wrap.

I did save the original wrapping and will include it if the buyer wants it.

There is also some discoloration or stain at the mounting bracket. it may be possible to clean the stain off the bracket.
