This is a promo item that was given out at the E3 show in 2002 or 2003. This is a mirror magnet for the PlayStation 2 Eye Toy. It measures 2 3/4" x 4 1/4". In the photo it does look to be very scuffed and scratched but there is a clear film on the surface similar to the plastic that are on TV's or cell photos when you but them new. I peeled the corner back about half way off and it is perfect so I believe the scuffing is only on the film itself and NOT the surface of the mirror. There is a magnet attached to the back. This was only given out at the show to promote the release of the Eye Toy in 2003. It could not be bought in stores. These E3 promos are limited quantities and limited to the 3-day show only. Once the booths/reps run out of these kind of promos they are gone. Some of these promos do not last very long.
