The cover art is a caricature of Redd Foxx drawn by Redd Foxx. 
The autograph has been authenticated by JSA & a letter of authenticity is included.

The cover displays very well with a few small spots of staining. Also, the bottom edge does have a seam split. See images. 
I'd visually grade the cover as VG+, but with the seam split.
