This is a Hazelden booklet on Alcoholism, A Merry-Go-Round Named Denial by Joseph Kellermann. It is an early edition from 1973 and it is an ex-library booklet with all the normal stamps and markings and pocket. I believe this was the first of many covers. The front and back have been laminated which is nice as the booklet is in very good shape. Great reading copy.
