Mint condition, never opened - no magazine with it though. 

This is the much rarer oval edition - the set was re-issued in January 2013 in a rectangular case with magazine, and these are the ones you tend to see for sale on ebay.  It features the 1989 Batmobile from Tim Burton's classic 1989 Batman film. Comes complete with Batman figure and lenticular backdrop.
