These are NEW boots with minimal defects on the inside of the lining ( synthetic lining is peeling in some spots) and tag on bottom of insole

Heel height is approximately 3"

Boot height is just over 17" ( just below knee)

Has en elastic stretch band at top of boot to accommodate a thicker calf for more comfort (please see photos)

Has non slip possibly rubber soles
