Each item is professionally engraved with our industry leading engraving equipment to ensure you get a truly bespoke item that will last a lifetime.

Please note, the text size will vary based on the image size.
There is no definitive size due to how custom each order is.
We will always make the engraving as big as we can.
Please consider the layout of the item and the layout of your image/text when providing this.

Please follow our example photo when sending your handwriting as this will affect your product.

We are more than happy to create a custom design or engrave a design you already have however please message us about this prior to purchasing and not after purchasing to avoid any confusion.
If your requested text is too long or doesn’t fit within the style we will do our best to make it fit however it may be across more lines than you requested. We will try to cater to design needs in terms of emojis but please be aware this is not always possible
Please ensure your personalisation details are correct before purchase. We cannot guarantee that we can change or alter them once your order is placed

Every item is made to order and the design has to be changed in relation to your text requests.
We have multiple members of staff, who may produce this differently.
Due to how many orders we complete, we cannot guarantee that we will remember any previous layouts you have had or even any previous orders you have placed.

We use premium, bar quality glasses.
These are a high quality glass at an affordable price.
Please note that due to how these are moulded, a small bubble can appear in the rim.
This is part of the glass and cannot be avoided.
