This is a harder to find model YM862-12 orgel music box tile roofed house kit that is not typical to see for sale in the United States. Please be aware that this kit is not colored and that the picture on the packaging is simply an example of what it could look like once painted. There is no paint included. 

The packaging in sealed with some pretty minor wear from age and storage.
