Does this kit require soldering?

Usually no—it’s plug-and-play if your board’s Z80 is already socketed. If your Z80 is soldered directly to the PCB, you’ll need to install a 40-pin socket (soldering required) before the kit will plug in. See the Installation Guide.

How many high scores does this kit save?

This kit permanently saves the Top 5 high scores.

Will Freeplay disable coin usage?

No. Even in Freeplay mode, the Coin Up feature still works if you want to use coins.

What is “Stealth Mode”?

Stealth Mode lets the game boot as if it’s stock. Access it by holding Player 1 during power-on.

Can I install this kit in Cocktail cabinets?

Yes. The kit supports both Upright and Cocktail cabinets.
