Toucan Sam stuffed toy from Kelloggs.  Date on the box is 1997.  On the tag on the underside, it says it is made by Greystone of Shelton, CT (Made in China).  Another label says Toucan Sam.  Toucan Sam is the advertising character for Kellogg's Froot Loops or Fruit Loops cereal.
