We Ship with Standard US Postal Service or FedEx Ground Services. USPS standard shipping is valid only to the orders first "ship-to" address anywhere in the U.S.. Following authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

For all California State orders we are required by law to collect California sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated and presented during checkout and prior to payment.

Returns must be in a "new" resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging.

• Contact Us and obtain RMA number from us (all packages without an RMA# will be rejected and sent back to sender)
• Put the original packing slip in the package
• Pack your return securely in the original packaging or your own packaging.
• Use the return-address label printed on the packing slip or make your own and tape it to the package.
• Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account minus the shipping portion that was used to send the item. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 5-10 business days for credit to be posted on your account.
