Damage Claims

Shipped via Australia Post. Damage claims must be lodged through Australia Post with the item and original packaging.

All damage claims must be lodged through Australia Post. The addressee (buyer) must present the damaged item and all original packaging at a participating Post Office (Post Shops or Business Hubs). Australia Post may require proof of identity, receipts, or other supporting documents.
