Measurements: small medium

Tie tip to tie tip:  70  inches

Waist to hem:  19   inches

Apron side to side:   17  at waist,  36   at hem

Measurements are very close approximation if not exact

Issues: slight color line on the corner hem, water stain? I did not stain treat it but I did wash and line dry it. I notice the spot when ironing

this is a vintage used item. Imperfections may be present but I have tried to best represent it.
