You will need to clear the data on the unit. This is done by holding the eject and connect button then pressing the power button. I had to set up user info in order to test it. The controller had some major drift issues so I could not erase my data. Screen shots show the unit working. Sale includes only the console and power supply. No controllers or HDMI cord.
