     This 100% original  poster was issued in MOSCOW 1947. In the Soviet Union. 

     It says: "

Vintage Soviet Russian Poster original 1947 WW II Memorial one poster 14 x 24.5 in. Memorializing war years 1941-1945 this is a rare piece .Printed in 1947in the USSR.
