Unassembled Turret board kit set (3 boards) for FENDER AB763 / Twin/ Bandmaster Super Reverb BLACKFACE 6L6 based amplifiers!!

This kit is a set of three turret boards built on 2.5mm thick heavy duty British Paxolin sheet in dark brown, consisting of the main AB763 amplifier board, the small negative bias board and the capacitor filter board normally fitted in the "dog house" on top of the chassis. All components shown are supplied loose for you to assemble and solder together.

We supply the capacitor board without pre-drilled mounting holes unless requested, to leave you free to drill holes to match with suitable existing mounting points in your amplifier chassis.

These boards do not use the 60's style thin double board sandwich and eyelet construction (prone to dirt and moisture ingress) but instead are fitted with sturdy turret lugs standing 8.4mm above the board, including all components shown but supplied unassembled for experienced constructors and amp builders, so each component will require soldering into position on the board to use.

Note that this is NOT a complete amplifier kit and you will need both power and output transformers as well as the valve set, chassis, front panel components and various chassis mount parts, wires etc to build an amplifier.

Layout drawings showing where the components fit will be supplied along with a turret board parts list which notes some differences between the current standard values of some parts supplied and their original non standard value counterparts. Step by step instructions are NOT available and it is assume that customers can read resistor colour codes and capacitor markings when assembling the modules.

Note that the dimensions of this boards will not be the same as original FENDER boards!
