Pro Patrial Pin is 5/8" diameter and states American Red Cross Blood Donor, Pro Patria

Previously owned, as-is.  Blood Drop paper is aged, some oxidation, unknown if red material originally filled tip or if there was a small air gap, white cross lines are good.  Pro patria pin has some wear.  See attached pictures.  Ruler in pictures is not included in sale.
