This is new.  I opened box to take pictures.  Light works.  Box is in great condition.  This Lemax Hearthside Village Fresh Cookies House #55170 is a rare find from 1995, perfect for Christmas decoration or as a table accent. The large, asymmetrical house is beautifully crafted with mixed materials - ceramic and porcelain, and finished with a matte effect. The Rising Star Christmas Cookies Bakery House is the main character, and the subject of this village, making it a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts of the animation theme.

The house is easy to care for and can be cleaned with a damp cloth. It comes in the original box packaging, with no additional parts required. This Lemax piece is part of the Village Collection, with an original production technique from China. It is suitable for any room and will make a great addition to village dioramas or display on its own.
