Hello!  I used these many times in my bakery of 30 years. Time to retire and no longer need them.   
I've scrubbed the pans as well as I can for you to bake in.  Little dings here & there on the  pans, doesn't affect the baking, since you bake on the inside of the pan. Use both pans for your design, or just 1 pan. Ring on the bottom helps it bake level, in your oven.  If baking both pans, place on cookie sheet to bake.
