This vintage Baby Spoon is solid silver and has a curled handle.  Monogrammed on the top of the handle is:  KAREN.  

Embossed at about the half-way point on the handle is a worn "SILVER".  In a rectangular frame, the letters S, I, E, and R can be clearly seen, but the L and V have worn smooth (See 5th & 6th photos).  The top ends of the V can be faintly seen with a magnifying glass.  

There is a line, near the tip of the handle, where it was broken, but is soldered back in place, lining up with the tip of the handle, which is soldered to the bowl-end of the handle. (See 2nd,3rd, 7th, & 8th photos)

Measurements are:  Length:  3 3/4 inches;

                                Width at the widest part of the bowl:  1 1/8 inch;

                                Diameter of the curled handle:  1 1/16 inch.

Pre-owned, this spoon is in good condition.
