This is a New not in the box BRP Evinrude control handle part with trim & tilt switch only.  This is part # 5009792 & includes trim & tilt switch assembly 5007485.  This is a genuine OEM Evinrude replacement part.  This part does have some small chips in the paint and abrasions on the back side and is priced accordingly.  See photos.  What you see in the photos is what you will receive.
