Great Collection Of OLD & RARE Magazines


Radio Guide began in 1922 as Radio Digest Illustrated, later became Radio Digest Program Illustrated, a weekly tabloid format newspaper with program information and industry news. Starting in May, 1926 it was converted to Radio Digest, a standard magazine format, and issued twice a month. In 1929 became a monthly, with less industry news and more for the radio listener and fan. With the September, 1930 issue absorbed Radio Revue and Radio Broadcast magazines. The last known issue was dated March, 1933, A brief return as Fan Fare magazine occurred in mid to late 1933.
