I lived in New York City in the 2000s and would go to a lot of kidrobot signing events. 

This was signed in person by Frank Kozik at one of these events in 2006.

Frank Kozik signed the back, with the year, and I asked him if he would doodle on it as well. He doodled a horned and winged skull with it's tongue hanging out on the side of the 5" Labbit. 

This is a Series 1 5" Labbit and comes with all of it's original accessories. 

You will receive the Labbit and the 4 accessories: carrot, bottle, lollipop, and corn pipe.

I do NOT have the original packaging.
