Hello!  I used these many times in my bakery of 30 years.  Time to retire and no longer need them.  
I've scrubbed the pans as well as I can for you to bake in.  Little dings here & there on the  pans, doesn't affect the baking, since you bake on the inside of the pan.  I've made so many different things with this pan I just couldn't show them all.  Any questions, just ask me. Enjoy!
