These super comfortable Billabong Point Dry waterproof snowboard pants will definitely keep you warm and dry.  The pants have a 15k waterproof rating and are fully seam sealed to keep the elements and wind out.  From Ride Store Magazine: "15,000mm is reliable and solid for use all over the mountain, in all weathers. 15,000mm is more waterproofing than most riders will ever need."

Pants are size XL and feature an adjustable waist with a velcro tab.  Zip fly with velcro and dual button top closure.  Both legs have inner and outer thigh zip vents to keep you cool on hot days.  All pockets have zipper closures with magnetic flaps.  

There is one spot of discoloration on the rear and one of the cuffs has a little bit of fraying at the bottom.  See photos of both.  

The pants also feature the Recco reflector system to keep you safe both in-resort and in the back country.  "RECCO is a rescue technology used by organised rescue teams as an additional tool to more quickly locate people buried by an avalanche or lost in the outdoors. The system is based on a harmonic radar system and composed of a detector and a passive reflector integrated into outdoor clothing and gears."
