What is Vinyl Lettering?

Vinyl lettering (also known as vinyl decals) is cut directly from coloured vinyl material rather than being printed.

The decal consists of:

  1. Application Tape

  2. Vinyl Decal

  3. Backing Paper

  4. Race Number

Only the vinyl decal itself remains on the surface after installation. There is no background behind the design.

 Installation Guide

For best results:

  1. Thoroughly clean the surface before installation.

  2. Ensure the area is free from dust, grease, oil, and wax.

  3. Allow the surface to dry completely.

  4. Carefully remove the backing paper while keeping the decal attached to the application tape.

  5. Position the decal and apply it slowly from one side to the other, pressing firmly as you go.

  6. Allow the adhesive to bond for 10–15 minutes before removing the application tape.

  7. Slowly peel away the application tape, leaving only the vinyl decal on the surface.

If you are new to applying vinyl decals, we recommend watching installation tutorials on YouTube before fitting.
