These watches are not defective and are fully functional. However, because they have been in stock for approximately three and a half years, some may require a battery replacement either now or in the near future.
A number of the watches were supplied with battery conserver tabs fitted to the crown, meaning they should run for a considerable time before a battery change is needed. Others were not supplied with these tabs and may therefore require a new battery sooner.
As these watches are currently held at our packing centre, we are unable to check or replace batteries individually without having them returned to us. For this reason, they have been significantly reduced in price from the normal retail price of $130, as shown in the final screenshot.
This represents excellent value for a fully functional watch, with the possibility of a simple battery replacement being the only requirement.

1960s Pattern | Distressed Finish | Quartz Movement
This 1960s-pattern military watch is inspired by historic military designs from a variety of manufacturers of the period. Produced by Military Industries, it offers the authentic look of a vintage service watch with the low-maintenance convenience of a modern quartz (battery-powered) movement.
It’s an ideal choice for anyone who loves the style and history of classic military watches, but wants a watch that is easy to own, reliable, and ready to wear every day.
One of the standout features of this model is its unique case finish.
Rather than looking factory-fresh, the case is deliberately treated to create a distressed, aged appearance, similar to a watch that has seen years of service.
Because of this finishing process:
No two watches are exactly the same
Each piece has its own subtle variations
The watch has genuine character straight out of the box
This gives it the look of a much older military watch, without the fragility or maintenance issues of a true vintage piece.
The watch features a classic retro dial layout, highly legible and unmistakably military in style. Combined with the extra-large case, the watch remains easy to read in a wide range of lighting conditions.
A thick, heavy-duty hardened mineral glass crystal protects the dial, adding durability for everyday wear.
With a 44mm case diameter (excluding the crown), this watch has strong wrist presence and the appearance of a significantly more expensive timepiece — a design choice that reflects many bold military watches of the era.
