How to use

For citrus zest

Wash the fruit, then gently draw the edge over the peel with light pressure. Rotate the fruit to zest evenly. Avoid pressing too deep into the white pith.

For butter shavings

Use on a chilled butter block. Pull the edge across the surface to form fine curls or ribbons. Great for serving or for blending into flour when baking.
