Shipping Policy
- Except for pre-sale items, most orders will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is cleared. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes all details, such as your apartment number (if applicable).
- Once a package is in transit, it cannot be forwarded to a different shipping address. Additionally, please include your phone number in your shipping address, as it is required by the carrier.
- A door-to-door tracking number will be provided as soon as the shipment is processed. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the tracking number has been uploaded.
